1. General information about Winedrops and our products
Winedrops Agencia SL , Swedish VAT registration number SE502097524801, is an independent distance selling company with a focus on quality wines. Winedrops Agencia SL was founded in 2024 and is 100% owned by the Swedish company Winedrops Agency AB. Winedrops Agencia SL has been registered with the Swedish Tax Agency as a distance seller of wine to Swedish private individuals since 2024.
These general terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and other information on Winedrops, apply to your use of all our services and to all your purchases of our products. By registering as a member and/or purchasing our products, you accept our Terms and Conditions.
Winedrops Agencia normally only sells full cartons of each wine. Normally each wine is packed in a carton of 6 bottles unless otherwise stated.
To become a member of Winedrops, you must be at least 20 years old and otherwise competent to enter into contracts and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Member information, password, etc.
Registration as a member on Winedrops.es is free with no purchase required. Only one member account per person may be registered. When registering as a member, you are asked to provide certain personal information and thereby confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Since Swedish law requires individuals to be 20 years of age or older to purchase alcoholic beverages, you warrant that you are over 20 years of age when registering for a member account.

Use your password to log in to your member account. Create a secure password with both numbers, letters and symbols. It is your responsibility to ensure that no one other than yourself can use your member account. If you lose control of your password, you risk that someone unauthorized can access your information and order goods in your name. You must immediately inform Winedrops, and change your password, if you suspect that your password has fallen into the wrong hands. You are responsible for all purchases made with your login details if such notification is not made to Winedrops.
3. Intellectual property protected material
All images, text and other content on Winedrops.es is protected by copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property rights and relevant rules and laws. Unless otherwise stated, all material on Winedrops.es is the exclusive property of Winedrops or its licensors for which Winedrops has ownership or use rights.
4. Transport damage
If your shipment is damaged during transport, this must be reported immediately to our customer service at info@winedrops.se . In order for us to be able to claim the transport damage, a claim must be made within certain time frames. We are therefore grateful if you report the damage within 24 hours. We will arrange a new shipment free of charge for you as a customer so that you receive a flawless product, or alternatively give you your money back. If the shipping damage is visible on the outer packaging, it is important that you draw the carrier's attention to this upon receipt of the shipment. In order for the claim against the supplier to be handled correctly, we ask that you save the packaging and the address label that came with the damaged shipment.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you are not satisfied or regret a purchase you made on Winedrop.es, you have the right, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. The right of withdrawal applies provided that the product is in unused condition and no seal has been broken.
If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us at info@winedrops.se before returning any goods.
The message should include your name, address and, for example, order number, invoice number and name of the product so that we can easily locate your order.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will only pay the shipping cost to return the product to our warehouse. Please contact info@winedrops.es if you have any further questions.
6. Administrative measures and taxes
Winedrops pays all taxes and carries out all administrative costs incurred for your order, in connection with the delivery of the products. All prices on Winedrops.es include taxes and administrative costs.

8. Alcohol
Most of our products contain alcohol. Alcohol consumption can be harmful. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs directly or indirectly as a result of consumption of ordered products.

This Privacy Policy describes how Winedrops.es, Winedrops Agencia SL collects, uses and protects your personal information. Winedrops protects your personal information and you can be sure that such information will only be used in accordance with what is stated in this Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains and clarifies your rights in relation to Winedrops regarding the processing of your personal information and how you can exercise your rights. It is important that you read and understand the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, it is advisable to refrain from purchasing our products or using our services.
Winedrops acts as the data controller for all processing of your personal data. Purchases of our products are made directly from Winedrops , who together with our shipping provider are responsible for the transport, from the producer country to Sweden and to you as a customer. Winedrops Agencia handles all customer contact on Winedrops' behalf.
Winedrops complies with applicable laws and regulations to protect the privacy of individuals, such as the Personal Data Act (1998:204) (PUL), the Electronic Communications Act (2003:389) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and any amendments to, additions to or regulations that replace such laws.
We use appropriate security measures in relation to the amount and sensitivity of personal data.
Collection of personal data
When you register an account, order our products, or contact our customer service, you provide certain personal information.
We need this information to be able to fulfill your requests and perform the services you request.
Winedrops may use your personal data for other purposes and relies on your consent to enable us to provide, develop and market our products and services in an appropriate manner.
We save your personal data to fulfill our obligations under applicable alcohol, tax and accounting legislation.

Storage of personal data
Winedrops takes all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is processed and stored securely. Your personal data is never stored longer than is permitted by applicable law and to achieve the purposes stated above.
At your request, deletion of personal data
At your request, we may terminate your membership account and delete your personal data as soon as possible. Deletion of data will be in accordance with applicable law.
We may also close or deactivate accounts that are not being used.
