How to order wine
How it works
Ordering wine from Winedrops is easy and you should feel safe shopping with us. At each ordering period , the orderable assortment is displayed in the webshop. Place an order, enter a delivery address, pay for your order via one of our secure payment methods. We will notify you when your order is on its way.
All fees for alcohol tax and VAT are included in the stated prices and Winedrops Agencia SL is registered as a distance seller in Sweden and pays these to the Swedish Tax Agency.
Quality guarantee
Our wines are of high quality and are carefully selected by us. If, in the unlikely event that you do not like the wines you have purchased, please contact us and we will help you. We comply with the Distance Selling Act in Sweden. Of course, we will replace defective wines within 12 months from the date of purchase.
Delivery and payment
Your order will be delivered to Sweden together with other orders and then sent to your desired address. Estimated delivery time is normally within 2-4 weeks from the last order date in each respective campaign period.
Please note that you, or someone over the age of 20, must receive and sign for the delivery.
Payment is made via Klarna or credit card.
Right of complaint and withdrawal
You are always covered by Swedish consumer protection when you order from Winedrops Agencia and thus have full right of complaint and withdrawal. This means that you have 14 days to cancel your purchase after you have received your delivery. Contact customer service and we will help you. The only additional fee is the shipping cost to send the packaging back to us. Please note that the right of withdrawal only applies to unbroken packaging.
Terms of purchase
Winedrops Agencia only sells whole cartons and normally each wine is packed in a carton of 6 bottles unless otherwise stated. Sometimes we offer a mixed carton with different wines from the same vineyard and this is clearly stated in an offer in the webshop.
A package of 6 bottles often runs out very quickly once you open a fantastically delicious bottle, but if you still feel that 6 bottles is too much, a tip is to share a carton with a friend or neighbor.
Winedrops.es is a service provided by Winedrops Agencia SL. Our Swedish VAT registration number is SE502097524801, we are registered with the Swedish Tax Agency for distance selling in Sweden which also means that we pay excise duty for the importation of alcoholic beverages into Sweden.

When your order is complete
Check your order, it is important that the specified delivery address and mobile phone number are correct and clear on your order.
Your shipping options – We deliver with MyBring to your door
At checkout, you choose which delivery option you want.
"Shipping" is home delivery to your door. Winedrops delivers nationwide through our partner MyBring.
If you have a storage locker at Vinkällaren Grappe in Stockholm, you get free shipping to Grappe. Enter your locker number in the shopping cart and select Grappe as the delivery address at checkout. The products are delivered directly to Grappe.
Home delivery
Delivery is made with MyBring directly to your door. You will receive an SMS notification from MyBring to the mobile number you provided in the order, where you can book the desired day and time for delivery.
Free shipping when ordering at least 24 bottles. When ordering fewer than 24 bottles, a shipping cost of SEK 250 will be added for home delivery. In some campaigns, the free shipping limit may be changed to a total amount and will then be displayed at checkout.
Identification required
Upon delivery, you, or someone else over the age of 20, will need to receive and sign for the delivery.
You must always show valid identification. If a courier receives or picks up your wine, both yours and the courier's identification must be shown.
Our transport company requires identification, even if you are over 20. This is to ensure that we truly comply with Swedish legislation, as well as to ensure that everyone gets the right wines.
Do you have questions about your delivery?
If you have questions about the delivery of your order, please first contact the shipping company directly if you have received a message that the delivery is on its way.
In other cases, you are welcome to send an email to info@winedrops.es with the order number and your question.
Payment
Payment is made in connection with the order in the webshop's checkout. Payment must be completed for your order to be valid.
You always receive a receipt for completed payment and it is your proof of purchase.
We have different payment solutions as below:
Klarna
When you pay with Klarna, you can choose Klarna checkout, invoice, installment payments or transfer from your online bank.
Card payment
We offer payment with Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and American Express.
For your security, we do not save any credit card details.
