Ca La Bionda's Valpolicella Classico is a very special wine unlike many other Valpolicella Classico. We would say that it is the most elegant producer in Valpolicella and this particular wine reminds many of a red, light, elegant Pinot Noir.

Light red berries in an elegant style. Matches food well such as chicken and fish dishes, but also works with pasta.
Perfect this summer to drink slightly chilled on a lovely sunny afternoon in a sun lounger.

Grape varieties: Corvina 70%, Corvinone 10%, Rondinella 20%

Soil: The soil is a mixture of mainly clayey limestone rich in calcium, with a significant presence of stone and rock material. This type of soil gives the wines great freshness and elegance, which are crucial characteristics for long-lasting wines.

Vineyards: The vineyards are located in a hilly area, at a varying altitude between 150 and 300 meters above sea level, with eastern and southeastern exposure.

Harvest date: Harvest usually begins in the last ten days of August and continues until the end of September.

Maturation: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks where the wine is then allowed to rest for 5 months.

Alcohol content: 13.5%
