Virginie T. Équilibre Premier Cru Champagne – La Petite Montagne de Reims

This cuvée is created exclusively from Premier Cru grapes from the lesser-known but exquisite area La Petite Montagne de Reims , and truly lives up to its name.

A harmonious blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay produces a perfectly balanced wine with a velvety texture and a fresh flavor profile. The palate reveals delicate aromas of white peaches along with subtle notes of pastry – a hallmark of this unique part of Champagne.

The wine has been aged for over six years on its lees, in true house style, giving it a generous opening and elegant development in the glass. It is a versatile wine that goes well with everything from fresh seafood to tender white meat.

Champagne Virginie T. is a family-owned champagne house founded by Virginie Taittinger and her son Ferdinand Pougatch-Taittinger in 2008.

Virginie's father Claude Taittinger led the Taittinger champagne house for 46 years and her mother came from the family that owned Piper-Heidsieck from 1851 to 1988.

Focusing on long aging, grapes from Premier and Grand Cru villages, including Verzy and Mailly-Champagne. Despite being a young Champagne house, her wines have become known for their refined taste and elegant structure.
