The family-owned winery is now in its second generation, when the only 22-year-old daughter Noemi took over the farm a few years ago. Noemi has added a modern touch to the winery, with everything from new modern design on labels to modernizing the expression in the finished wine.

Le Guaite di Noemi stands out for its great commitment to the vineyard, with sustainable projects and a deep respect for both the vineyard and the grapes. Combining tradition and innovation, they produce wines that best express the region of the Mezzane Valley in the picturesque Valpolicella, highlighting its unique characteristics.

The winery is one of the few in Valpolicella that continues to age its wines for 8-10 years before releasing them on the market. This makes it possible to offer a product that is almost ready to be enjoyed from the moment of purchase. The unique soil and the high quality of the vineyard in producing grapes suitable for long aging were the decisive factors behind this choice. The wines have an aging potential of more than 20 years after harvest.
