The Viviani family has four hectares of vineyards in the village of Mazzano, located in Negrar in the historic Valpolicella Classico area.

The southeast exposure of the family vineyards and the high altitude of 350-450 meters above sea level offer the best possible conditions for viticulture. In addition, the well-ventilated location and low humidity allow the grapes for Recioto and Amarone to dry optimally after harvest.

The Viviani family aims to fully express the potential of their vineyard, above all by using viticultural methods that allow the vines to grow in the most natural and harmonious way possible, thereby producing grapes of the highest quality. Viviani is therefore phasing out all synthetic products in the vineyards (herbicides, pesticides and fertilizers).

Furthermore, Viviani applies the same philosophy in the wine cellar by using modern technology and equipment, while showing great respect for both the grapes they use and the local traditions.
