Manzone's Barolo Bricat is rich , powerful and persistent in style. Aromas and flavours of blackberry, blueberry, walnut and chocolate. Complex, elegant and clear tannins that envelop the palate. Ruby red in colour with hints of garnet.

Giovanni Manzone is a winery we have followed for many years. Their wines are really good and reasonably priced. We have both drunk their Barolos young and aged them for a long time in the cellar.

Grape: Nebbiolo

Vinification and aging: Spontaneous fermentation with the skins in steel tanks.
Gentle pumping for 30–40 days at 28°C.

Serving temperature: 18 g

Alcohol content: 14%
