Lighter style, slightly rough
Grape: Nebbiolo
Vinification and aging: Spontaneous fermentation with the skins in steel tanks.
Gentle pumping for 30–40 days at 28°C.
Sensory characteristics: Elegant and intense, with hints of raspberry, wild berries and tobacco. Ruby red with medium-intense shades of garnet. Warm and pleasant, with a well-balanced tannin structure and flavorful character.
