A vineyard where the knowledge of viticulture has been passed down through generations. With heart, professional craftsmanship and respect for tradition and land, Bovio today produces fantastic wines.

Alessandro Bovio started the winery in the 1950s and over the years it has been modernized and renovated to become a modern farm run by the 4th generation and Bovio's team.

The wines are produced using traditional methods and aged in oak barrels before being released on the market.

With great respect for the unique characteristics of the grape, the soil and the rhythm of nature, Bovio produces fantastic wines where the soul of La Morra is present in the final wine.

The grapes are picked at perfect ripeness and Bovio uses no pesticides but prioritizes the lowest possible environmental impact.

Fermentation in the cellar is carried out in the traditional style in stainless steel tanks and large oak barrels to retain the distinctive tones of the grapes. The Barolo wines are then aged in wooden barrels and then rest in concrete tanks before bottling.
